Glad you did find an alternative key to enter the BIOS. ESC is working now as well? (can be tested in dialogs)

You have a not working ESC key in BIOS and boot menu. A win7 reinstall doesn't touch the BIOS firmware. Nevertheless I hope you can fix it. Report back any progress
