Spent 5 hours speaking in a class of healthcare workers about universal precaution. A harder thing is, making them feel confident if taking care of HIV/AIDS persons is as the same way as in taking care of other infection cases.

The hardest thing is, still 7 classes await.

Today , a few moments ago, i upgraded the Ram on our laptop, i got a 4GB kit from crucial and now it is flying.
firefox is a breeze to use, no longer is it sluggish due to my fondness of add ons .

and folders are loading really fast no longer do i have to wait for the folder images to load and for the picture thumbnails to load

should have done this a couple of years ago.
