Toshiba laptop randomly gets BSOD caused by driver ntoskrnl.exe

My Laptop randomly got a BSOD a few days ago and it has continued since. The laptop is just over two years old. I tried a system restore but it didn't solve the problem. The BSOD happens no matter what I am doing and sometimes the laptop reboots or freezes instead. Safe mode works perfectly. I tried memtest86 which showed no errors and ran for five passes. Bluescreenview showed ntoskrnl.exe consistently in each dump report. Diagnostics in attachment below. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum.

Lets start with Driver verifier:
:ar: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

As the dump is indicating memory corruption test your memory using Memtest86 for 8 passes:

I ran the Memtest86 for 8 passes and I got no errors.

I have also ran the seatools test which also passed.

I tried to update my Toshiba ODD but I couldn't find any update on the website you gave me or on Download Windows 7 drivers:

The bluescreen appeared twice today and it blamed ntfs.sys and win32.sys. I uploaded another diagnostic in case it might be useful.

Sorry for the delay in replying.

I brought the laptop back to the shop I bought it in where they performed a full hardware check. The test passed so they carried out a test supplied by Toshiba which also passed. They performed a full system recovery to try solve the problem but within hours of bringing the laptop home, the blue screen returned. I have sent an email to Toshiba in the hope of a reply soon.

I think I have found the problem.
I just downloaded Driver Fusion and ran it in safe mode. It deleted the Intel display driver and now the computer no longer gets BSoDs. When I try updated the driver again, the blue screen returned again so I deleted them again using Driver Fusion.
What should I do now. The computer works fine but I can't run programs like Google Earth as it says I need to upgrade my graphics card.

You need the driver for the chip type, exactly.

To know the chip type,
click start, type "dxdiag" without quotes in the search box, click the resulting link. It will open the DirectX diagnostic tool. Go to the display tab. notice what is written against the chip type, download the graphics media accelerator for exactly that chip type.
