unable to update

every time I turn on computer windows trys to update new changes, ie; 1 0f 25,1 0f 15, etc. It shows a Failure and then reconfigures old. Why won't my windows accept these changes?

Hi try running a system file checker open a command prompt as admin and type in sfc /scannow
