Have read through a great deal of those with similar issues and have tried most of the general\basic fixes.
Followed the Windows Update Posting Instructions as follows:
Saved and ran SURT
SFC scan (Will not complete, stops @ 19%)
Error code 9C59 when attempting to update to IE 10 ( error 0x80070643: Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems.)
In addition, I have ran chkdsk (no issues)
My CBS.zip file is over your limit at 10.3mb, how can I reduce it?

it will dig around in the registry for you and better try the paid for trial it is really good and you have it for a month you might even like to buy it LOL!!.
