Vga for windows 7 on hp dc7100 compaq

I am not sure what you are asking, but any low profile graphics card should fit just fine, and are available at most electronics stores such as fry's, newegg.com, or local computer stores.

If you are referring to the driver for the onboard Intel 915G, then there isn't a Windows 7 driver available (or Vista either) as Intel dropped support for it a long time ago,

The best you're going to get for it is the last XP driver for it,

If you want to add a video card to it that does have Windows 7 support we can help with that. We would need to know which of the three different variations that model of Comapq yours is, as one of them doesn't have a PCI-E slot,

I use an old HP Compaq dc 7100 SFF with W7. My NVidia video card just packed up so now I have to use the integrated one. The standard W7 VGA driver supports the integrated video adapter but only allows for poor resolution (upto 1024 x 768 I think). Search for sp34749 got me a driver which allows 1920 x 1080. Install it. This results in a warning that it's not compatible with W7. Then use Manage devices for Display adapters to "update driver software..." and browse to C:\swsetup\sp34749

Maybe I'm missing something. From that link I selected "Older Intel® Graphics Controllers and Microsoft Windows 7*" but that leads to a page saying "Windows 7* drivers are not available for the following older Intel® graphics controllers:" plus other links, all of which I followed but none of which seemed to lead anywhere useful .
