I would clean reinstall after wiping the HD of possible infected or corrupt code. Then do not tweak Win7 and leave System Restore on unless you want to be reinstalling freak-quently.

first i will install again ...
boot win + format c
at install I must enter the serial number -> theres my activation

I would wipe the HD, because formatting erases nothing. Back up all of your data first.
