Where's Outlook file stored?

We have Windows 7 Ultimate installed on our work computers. I need to strip one down & reinstall everything... but I'm not sure where the Outlook file is stored that has the emails, contacts, etc. on it so I can save it first. Can someone lead me in the right direction?
