Win 7 x64 slow when using utorrent

So as the thread says my computer becomes very slow and unstable when Iam using utorrent. I have checked the utorrent process and it showes around 5-10% cpu. The problem is only when i start downloading not when all torrent files are stopped. Please help this doesnt happen to my laptop running win 7.

Your disk is being thrashed from all the I/O.

It is possible that a chipset driver update is in order. Perhaps a review of disk buffer settings.

And just maybe, if applicable, unplug any attached USB external drive during file swiping, er, torrents.

Just updated my chipset drivers. Same thing happens. I don´t have any external usb drive.

No, that is not right. Preferences, Options, Advanced.

You have created a problem. The screenshot [proves/demonstrates to a reasonable degree] that you are pirating intellectual property.

I cannot assist you further.

Well that is not the problem. A screenshot can´t prove that you´re are downloading illegally. And utorrent is not illegal to use.

I still can´t find what you describe. please provide me with a screenshot or something where to go.
