Window 7 audio not working please help !!

i can only get this up from realtek folder in my local disk C

i just download that version still no work and im using it now but its not working no sound comming out

im looking for the manager on the net for you if i could send the zip file to you you might be able to use mine we can do it on rapid share hang on im looking now
