i purchased a new laptop from a store but i did not ask whether window is real or cracked..so how i should do to know whether it is cracked or real?

Bad news, I'm afraid.

Both Windows and Office installations are counterfeit.
1) Office is based on a stolen/expired Blocked Volume License Key.
2) Windows is using a HP Product Key, and Acer SLIC table on a machine built by Lenovo, all held together by a hacker's Activation exploit.

For what version and edition of Windows is the machine licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case? (or possibly inside the battery compartment)?
If there's no COA sticker at all, then the system wasn't originally shipped with Windows installed - and you will need to purchase a new license, and clean install that.
If there IS a COA sticker, then you will probably need to contact Lenovo and order a set of Recovery disks for the machine from them, and clean install from that set.

Nope - we don't sell software.
You should still be able to purchase Windows 7 in reputable stores both in the high street and onlinne - but do NOT be tempted by 'price cuts' in places like eBay, where most software is counterfeit..
