Hi guys,
I am using windows 7 ultimate 64-bit edition. When i tried to dual boot my system with Ubuntu, I accidentally formatted the hard-disk and when tried to re-install my windows 7 OS through USB drive I receive an error stating that windows cannot create a new partition or locate an existing partition. Please refer to log files. My CD drive is not working and I tried to manually part the hard-disk using Gparted and Diskpart but still it was of no use. Is there any solution for this problem?

Additional Information:
1.I have two hard disk installed on my system- both are seagate 1Tb sata disk
2.I have the windows 7 ulitmate iso file with me
3. I tried creating a bootable usb using unviersal usb installer and the windows usb download tool

I tried the load drivers option but the error given there is that there are no signed drivers. Tried manually downloading intel sata ahpi drivers but still no use

Still i receive the error setup was unable to create a new partition or find an existing partition. I tried manually creating the UEFI bootable USB flash drive manually and using Rufus. If I try to do it manually the usb is booting up but i receive the error. I tried using rufus but the usb wont boot it is just stuck on the black screen which comes before the boot.
BIOS seems to be working properly

Edit:
Also tried cleaning the HDD as mentioned before

I read a solution online that stated that I should connect my hard disk as an external drive and then install the operating system. Is it possible to install the OS on an external drive
