Windows Backup Utility keeps skipping files

I keep getting an error every time i run Windows Backup Utility

"Backup skipped backing up F:\Recorded TV as it is on the backup target."

What does this mean, and how can i get to stop skipping files?

If you are backing up to F: then Windows backup will not allow you to backup files that are already on F:. You need to go into "Change Settings" on the backup screen. On second screen select "let me chose" and remove any checkboxes against folders on F:

@kado897, so if i remove the Library for Recorded TV from the backup, since the files are already on the Drive F, that should fix my problem?

Yes, That will work. I personally like a bit more control over the files I backup so I deselect all the libraries and select individual folders from the tree. That however can also lead the similar problems if you delete a folder in the list without reconfiguring the backup again.

Unchecked the Recorded TV library, ran it again, and it solved the problem.
