Windows Process Manager timnzgh.exe. Hogging my resources 100% CPU

Ok a little background here. I got a very bad virus on my pc. I tried Malwarebytes, Norton Anti-virus, HitmanPro, Emsisoft Emergency kit to remove this virus. I finally said screw it and formatted all of my hard drives and reinstalled windows. To find that the virus is still there. Any advice at all on how to get rid of this thing?????
