Very strange result there - (sorry about the delayed response - I've been snowed under at work and here :()
The first two commands succeeded while the last failed
I would have said that the last failed because you weren't in an Administrator Command Prompt - but if that was the case the first two commands should also have failed :(

All I can think is to try deleting the file from Windows Explorer (navigate to the C:\Windows\servicing\Packages folder and file the file there). You should be asked for Administrator approval - allow it, and see what happens.
What EXACT error message do you get (if any?)

Hopefully that just leaves us with these errors to deal with...
Code:
(w) CBS Catalog Expired 0x800B0101 servicing\Packages\Package_11_for_KB2729094~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.1.0.cat

These are two fairly common errors

The date range for both the certificates was 3/26/2012-6/26/2013. I set the clock back to 6/25/2013 (day before certificate expired). I tried this several times and got the same error message when searching for installed updates KB2729094 & KB2705219: "No items match your search". (I'm not sure if this is relevant but both certificates had a button to"Install Certificate...")

Could you search successfully for other updates? (just in case the Index is broken!)
It may be possible to rename the two files and see what this does (I've never tried it, so have no real idea of the potential effects).
I'll get back to you when I've worked something out.

Sorry - eyesight's going so not posting much :(

Set the Date back again, and try using these commands for the uninstall...

wusa /uninstall /kb:2729094
wusa /uninstall /kb:2705219

with luck they'll work - if not, we'll try deleting registry entries.

Sorry for the delay-craziness over the holidays. Hope you had a nice Christmas and New Years!

I set back the clock to before, within and after the date range. Each time the Windows Standalone Installer error message was that the update is not installed on this computer.
