Hi,
As we have disabled NVIDIA, now PC will look towards Intel card for every graphic activity in the normal mode boot. Actually, the On-board Graphic Card does not perform as bad as it does on your system but its a good one 'Intel HD Graphics 4000'! One can make it only while doing extreme graphic activities like playing games otherwise, It is as good & normal as the other one. So, Probably, Your Intel one is not working to its best for some reasons ( Drivers, etc. ) while loading of NVIDIA driver and/or card is already problematic.
Before going into those things, It would be better to make sure whether the problem is hardware generated or corrupted OS/Software.
So, we will try the hardware against some other Windows and/or Linux distributions. If the hardware is really bad, It will be problematic with just every distribution & so we would be able to confirm whether the problem is related purely to hardware or software corruption. We will not touch the original OS, Internal Hard disk or its partitions. We will try them directly from/on the USB 3.0 pen drive.
So,
1. Maintain the NVIDIA disabled configuration, Collect a fresh BSOD Diagnosis report from the normal mode & attach it.
2. Try to answer these general questions ( without any hesitation). It will be helpful for giving instructions.
(i) How old is your system ( Hardware ) ?
(ii) Is it 'UEFI + GPT' or 'BIOS + MBR' configuration ? Are you familiar with these terms ?
(iii) Did you ever make Windows Updates ?
(iv) Do you have idea about booting into USB Pen Drive Installation Media ?
(v) Do you know about preparing USB Pen Drive Installation Media ?
3. Can you arrange a USB 3.0 Pen Drive of 16 GB or more capacity ? Otherwise we will proceed with a USB 2.0 Pen Drive of 16 GB or more capacity.
Anything else ?
Thanks & Regards. ...

4. Did you ever make a System Image ?
