BSOD while playing Warframe, caused by driver rdpencdd.sys

Hi,
As we have disabled NVIDIA, now PC will look towards Intel card for every graphic activity in the normal mode boot. Actually, the On-board Graphic Card does not perform as bad as it does on your system but its a good one 'Intel HD Graphics 4000'! One can make it only while doing extreme graphic activities like playing games otherwise, It is as good & normal as the other one. So, Probably, Your Intel one is not working to its best for some reasons ( Drivers, etc. ) while loading of NVIDIA driver and/or card is already problematic.
Before going into those things, It would be better to make sure whether the problem is hardware generated or corrupted OS/Software.
So, we will try the hardware against some other Windows and/or Linux distributions. If the hardware is really bad, It will be problematic with just every distribution & so we would be able to confirm whether the problem is related purely to hardware or software corruption. We will not touch the original OS, Internal Hard disk or its partitions. We will try them directly from/on the USB 3.0 pen drive.

So,

1. Maintain the NVIDIA disabled configuration, Collect a fresh BSOD Diagnosis report from the normal mode & attach it.

2. Try to answer these general questions ( without any hesitation). It will be helpful for giving instructions.
(i) How old is your system ( Hardware ) ?
(ii) Is it 'UEFI + GPT' or 'BIOS + MBR' configuration ? Are you familiar with these terms ?
(iii) Did you ever make Windows Updates ?
(iv) Do you have idea about booting into USB Pen Drive Installation Media ?
(v) Do you know about preparing USB Pen Drive Installation Media ?

3. Can you arrange a USB 3.0 Pen Drive of 16 GB or more capacity ? Otherwise we will proceed with a USB 2.0 Pen Drive of 16 GB or more capacity.

Anything else ?

Thanks & Regards. ...

EDIT :
4. Did you ever make a System Image ?

Hi,
1. Sorry for the wrong info, the Problem Device is 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset Family USB xHCI Host Controller & not the Intel HD Graphics 4000!
( PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1E31 - 7 Series/C210 Series Chipset… | Device Hunt )
2. All USB ports are working well ?
3. I forgot to ask :
Was safe mode boot showing Static on the screen ?
Did you ever make any changes in BIOS settings ( Over Clocking, etc.) ?
Is the present look ( with status NVIDIA Disabled ) in normal boot any different than the Safe Mode boot ?
4. You have experiences with Linux & USB booting but are you aware that you don't have to install the Linux to the Internal Hard Disk or its partition ? Instead you have to try Linux direct from the pen drive itself.
If you understand the above, try out Linux on the pen drive on this PC & report about looks & Static.

EDIT : ( Chipset drivers may be the problem but first answer / do the above things & report )

Thanks & Regards. ...

1. Yes, all my USB are working fine.
2. The static shows on safe and normal mode. And no, I have not overclocked it or made any changes to the BIOS.
3. Safe mode and normal mode look the same.
4. I tried to boot 2 different distros from the USB, but they did not work. They freeze up on the loading screen. I know they are working versions as I am able to use them in a virtual machine without issue.

Hi,
1. There is definitely a problem with one of the four USB Enhanced Host Controllers.
What are the USB devices you are using ? Can you eject & unplug all the USB devices & reboot in normal mode ? Can you manage to boot into the OS with all the USB devices unplugged ? Then check whether the Statics is still there ? ( Using keyboard the static was there! )
( Log On Automatically at Startup )

2. ( In the meantime, I am preparing for a 'Windows To Go' from the pen drive )

3. May I know which Linux distributions were used by you ?

4. Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image

Thanks & Regards. ...

1. I normally have an external hard drive, xbox 360 controller, and wireless mouse/keyboard plugged in. I unplugged all of them, including the mouse/keyboard, and the static is still there after starting up.
2. I tried Ubuntu and zorin

I wonder if you would go to Control Panel, Device Manager, Universal Serial Bus Controllers and uninstall all of them by right clicking on each one and selecting "uninstall?" If your printer is listed there, I don't see a need to uninstall it. Reboot. Windows should reinstall all the drivers.

I uninstalled and now they've all automatically reinstalled.

Isn't it likely the lines are caused by the GPU?

Even though the Nvidia GPU is uninstalled, I am still connected to it via HDMI.

So wouldn't the best way to figure out if it is the GPU be to swap in a different GPU to see if the lines happen?

I swapped out my GPU for a GTX 1070.

I am not receiving the message about kernel errors nor do I have the static lines anymore.

Looks like the lines were a hardware issue.

Good Point missed!
2. It was a pure hardware problem & It is solved by you
3. The hardware problem can be as little as the dust or just reseating OR a real damage.

4. If you have even the slightest of doubt that all the devices are installed & working correctly ( USB in particular ), again run the BSOD analysis & attach the report ( msinfo32.nfo 'System Information' in particular )

( From Disk Management View : This PC uses 'BIOS + MBR' & not 'UEFI + GPT'. This information is helpful in Installing OS, preparing USB Installation & Repairing media, etc. )

Thanks & Regards. ...

Yes, I am glad it is working, and I appreciate the help.

I attached a new BSOD analysis just in case.

Hi,
The System Information still showing one problem device as 'Intel USB 3 Enhanced Host controller' as 'driver not installed'. In all there are 3 Intel + 1 ASMedia USB host controller. A such uninstalled device does not create any problem for other devices but if you ever have any problem with USB ports and/or USB devices, address it keeping this in view.
As rest of the devices seems OK, you need not touch anything as of now.

Thanks & Regards. ...
