Make sure you update your motherboard BIOS. There was a new one released a month or two ago.

They often have memory compatibility updates included.
If you try other memory, try some generic ram, like from a Dell, HP, etc. They are usually the low density/single sided without any heatsinks. They usually work on any system. for DDR3 memory, they are usually the 1333MHz, 1.5v, CAS 9, 9-9-9-27-2T type.
with the randomness of the errors, it does sound like a memory timing issue. Hopefully the BIOS update fixes it for you.
