That is correct.I will check when i get off as to the ram being staggered i have them in every other slot right now...
It's confusing, but just remember you want one stick on Channel A and the other on Channel B and the numbers should match. (i.e., NOT A1 & B2 or A2 & B1) You've got it right if they have exactly one slot between them....i never install directly side by side not sure why it says it like they are side by side and not sure but i thought i had them in the blue slots but i will check then
Of course, I had a board years ago where both the board and the manual were labeled wrong. The thread at the manufacturer's forum must have run hundreds of pages long.
