my in-built camera 1,3 Mp on my laptop fujitsu esprimo mobile (windows 7) not work??

Welcome to the forums ssam! Sorry you are having issues.

This is common with lappys that include a built in cam. I assume you have checked the Fujitsu support pages for drivers??? It must be a foreign model# as there is no mention of your model on the USA support site.
