Cannot install Belkin USB Wifi drivers on Windows

a scratched disc wouldn't affect a downloaded driver. you did say you downloaded it as well?

i'm stumped.

Hi all just a quick update. Manage to finally install the driver, took a complete reinstall of Windows 7 to do it which i really wanted to avoid.

good that you've sorted it - there must have been something wrong with the previous 7 install.
