Errors 800B0100 and 80246007 when trying to do updates

I installed the one and it installed fine, I then rebooted and it said there were like 90 updates installing. When the PC finished rebooting, it had 20 updates. It installed 5 and 15 failed. I just rebooted and tried again and got the errors shown in the attached image.

I have also attached the log file.

try installing these updates using the standalone download - that should work

All 5 updates failed. Code 8024200D.

In that case, I suspect that the UpdateAgent is the problem - and the best solution is going to be a repair install.
I'll have to do some research to confirm this, and it may take a while.

By a "repair install", do you mean reformatting?

NO!
That's a Clean Install.
