I take it you mean 8TB drive ? I've only used 2TB HDDs, but AFAIK there's a 2TB limit on mbr. I think you have to use GPT format for v large partitions.
If I'm looking at the correct XFX 650W modular psu, it comes with a 4 * sata cable and two 2 * sata cables. I'm a bit puzzled as to why you have bought splitters - how many HDDs have you got installed ?
