Identifying USB 2.0 Ports

I have four USB ports on the front panel and four on the rear panel of the case.
I have two "Enhanced" USB controllers.
How can I determine which of the four USB front panel ports are USB 2.0 ??

All your ports should be 2.0
Let us know if you get a popup saying this device can perform faster if you connect it to a 2.0 usb port.

If you never get that message your fine.
