installation problem

i have linux previously installed in my laptop i formatted my laptop using gparted live0.6.2 which is a partition editor which can be booted.i have formatted my hard drive by booting gparted partition editor,after that i restarted and started installing windows 7 with an installation disk i used the custom option next when where it asks us to install windows it is not showing any drivers (i.e partition) to install windows.some please help me what to do.

You have to click "Drive Options (advanced)" and create the desired partitions.
