I post a lot don't I. this update won't stick. I have installed three updates like thirty times and windows can't fix it, the update fixer can't fix it I can't seem to,

I dunno I think that power shut offs have damaged windows... is there a way to back up the system so that after you clean install you get everything back? I mean I don't got nothing important I just hate to go through all that :P lol im lazy AHHH
plus im not sure how to set windows 7 up right ... I figuer if I do that I might mess up worse.. dunno not big deal but the update bug might be a problem later on if I can't get more updates... right?

Having just read through most of your 4 pages of history {seeking help} I noted you have had quite a few problems with your computer thus far.

A Clean Install, might indeed get you up & running far quicker than tackling all of your glitches individually.
Just make sure you DO NOT repeat the same things that created the 'mess' you are now in.
Good luck!

i was going to clean install but I Heard that toshiba come with programs that must run for the labtop to preform correctly. Clean install oem isn't same as just factory reset is it? defferent your saying reinstall clean windows from them with no bloatware but doesn't my labtop have things that need to be put on with it?
