We only had a bit of snow last night and there is nothing in Bexhill or Hastings. So dad has gone to Bexhill window cleaning with his stepladder, at least he can earn some money today.

As long as we do not have any more snow tonight, my driving lesson should go ahead tomorrow morning. Also that will be a good way to see what it to drive in the snow/icy conditions etc.

The most important thing is to be gentle.....ease on the accelerator gently, and don't stomp hard on the brakes or yank on the steering wheel either....try to be smooth in your motions. Apply your brakes a little earlier than usual, and watch out for the other drivers.

At least over here in the US, it seems like a lot of drivers don't know enough to take it easy in the snow and ice, so I just assume they are going to screw up and I give them a wide berth. Hopefully over where you are, the other drivers are more skilled.

Today, after church, I stopped at a local grocery store and donated $100 for families in need.
Ten families will each receive 25lbs of groceries. I am now through with my Christmas shopping.
Wishing I could have done more!

I actually enjoy the extra challenge of driving around in the snow....as long as there are no other cars nearby!

Okay! It FINALLY looks like a Christmas card outside! All snowy and white, and not too cold either, at 34 degrees. This is the first winter in a long time that I'm in a colder climate, so I'm really enjoying it!

Its for home use so these specs are more than sufficient for them.
Cost? 430 euros. ( 26500 Indian Rupees.)

I have completely finished setting up Windows 7, Windows XP I will deal with tomorrow. Windows XP will only be used for games that will not in Windows 7, like GT Lengends, Rally Trophy and etc.

Today I just received my audio upgrade in the mail....USB Sound Card | Audio Advantage Micro II | Turtle Beach

Quite nice to no longer hear the system noise between songs, when I have my headphones on.

Well today we got snowed in here, we must have had a couple of inches or more in a short time span. My next door neighbour got brought home in a police car as she had got stranded in town and the buses had stopped and my son-in-law turned up and it had taken him 2 hours to get to us which is half way home for him, about 5 miles, he couldn't do the other 5 miles home as there's a hill to get out of the village and it was blocked with cars that couldn't make it.
