Weird Windows 7/Windows 8 Dual Boot problem

I think that Neosmart is breaking copyright law pretending that easyldr is a Neosmart product.

Brink, gregrocker I need your answer - is Neosmart violating copyright law ?

I don't think Microsoft has given a license to Neosmart to rename ntldr to easyldr and sell it as its own product.
Why would Microsoft leave its copyright notice in a product given to another company ?

I think that this should be a debate between Microsoft and EasyBCD/NeoSmart if it is instead. Until it is declared to be so by Microsoft, there will be no issue recommending to use this program here at Seven Forums.
