I just installed a M2 card.....the Samsung 950 Pro and installed windows 8.1 on it. The M2 card is in the M2 slot of the Sabertooth x99 motherboard. When I am booted into windows 8.1/M2 card, I can see my SSD that has windows 7 on it.

But when I boot into windows 7 I can not see the M2 card, I can see other internal hard drives I use for storage, but I cant seem to get it to see the M2 card. I will say that I have also on another SSD that has windows 10 on it and when I boot into windows 10 I can see the M2 card and the SSD that windows 7 is on.

I have installed the Drivers for the M2 card the best I can, but since windows 7 cant see the M2 device, I cant really install the drivers properly.

Any ideas? I am using ACHI and installed windows 7 with GPT UEFI. And I can also boot into each SSD OS with no problems, strangely the boot manager doesn't see windows 7, but does allow me to multi boot with windows 10 and 8.1
