I just asked you a series of questions and you replied by answering only the last one.

That level of thoroughness is not encouraging if you're asking our help to do a risky same-disk backup before clean installing to the OS partition. I would only help soone do this who is paying close attention to detail.

You should buy an external HD to do your backup like everyone else.

While you're at it buy a copy of Windows to install. Your trial period has just expired.

my apologies I answered what I could

my pc is booting up to just before entering my desktop I pressed ctrl alt del and opened task mgr. click on new task and start explorer.exe then it boots into windows to my desktop but cant access my computer or any other file

keeps giving me error code "no such interface supported "
