Try install again. Does it boot as UEFI device? Error?

If it fails trying either UEFI or Legacy boot then test the HD again as it is suspect. You may ask Arc for help in Seatools tutorial to be certain.

Did you test with the Seagate tools?

Check the HD connection. Enter BIOS setup to see if HD. Is detected anywhere under Storage or Boot order. Reset BIOS to defaults.

If so can you interrupt using BIOS Boot Menu key aggressively?

If installer is good it should auto start on wiped HD so wipe HD in another PC first.

Continue with the tutorial steps to try everything wipe commands and including fresh media.

It show on bios it load to the windwos loading screen then restarts

Unless it`s a laptop, you don`t have to turn on Wi-Fi, you just have to install the driver and connect to a wireless network.

You can`t switch it, you have to install the correct version, the same version you have a key for.

Your key is most likely for Home Premium, correct ?

You should be following the steps in Clean Reinstall tutorial which explain how drivers are handled.

Download the network driver to stick or disk and install it, or plug in by Ethernet cable and enable Hardware Auto Updating to see if driver loads.

Look over the steps in tutorial because if you didn't follow them I would start over and do it correctly. You have the chance here to get and keep a perfect install.

Of course you do, it`s the port where you plug the ethernet cable into, you probably just have to install the driver.

Tell us the exact make and model of your pc, your specs only say HP. Your network driver is most likely Intel as is mine on my HP desktop.

Is there some reason why you won't follow the steps in Clean Reinstall Factory OEM tutorial which is linked in signature picture below?

That tutorial will replace the bloated HP factory install with a perfect install if you'll only follow the steps closely, ask back any questions if in doubt, and then stick with the tools and methods given.

Did you enable Hardware Auto Updating from its link in tutorial before plugging in the ethernet cable?

You have put a lot of work into this so I hate to see you fumble the reinstall when you have fully within your grasp the chance here to have a perfect install.

I have nothing against the clean install but i cant do hardly any of those steps i have a cd and no internet so step 1 and 2 i cant make a new cd step 3 & 4 i dont want to make back up disks of a default install step 5 again have no internet so cant use belarc advisor step 6 i know my product key and during install it never asked for it step 7 i have no programs i wana save since hd empty i would save the drivers if i had internet connection step 8 i already did my install step 9 no connection so i cant use updates step 10 support download Webpage hmm cant get on there step 11 dont have any programs i need to install atm
