By your specs, that is not a very powerful machine.

It's not a very powerful machine. It was built in 2014, and it's only purpose is for interacting with what is called a test standard, and the only purpose of this equipment is to test the accuracy of electric utility metering. It's accuracy is .002%.
I've gotten another email from the manufacturer, it's going in for an RMA. I'm probably never going to know the exact outcome, unless it is a particular component that's going south.
And I know what you mean about trying to pull stuff out of the CBS log. It does show that it made quite a few repairs when I ran it. Worst part is the hard drive went in, set up updated the system, and then 36 system updates for Windows were installed. It's only been booted four or five times with the new SSD, and it's already found that many errors.
It's time to go in for repair.
